摘要
通过对多元料浆气化装置中A、C气化炉运行情况的对比,找出影响有效气(CO+H2)含量的主要因素是烧嘴结构和煤浆浓度,提出调整烧嘴喷口尺寸改变中心氧量、烧嘴压差的改进措施,提高工艺气中有效气含量。
Through comparing operation conditions of multi-component slurry gasifier A and C,main factors that impact effective gas(CO+H2) content were found,which were the burner structure and coal slurry concentration.The improvement measures,such as adjusting dimension of burner nozzle,changing oxygen content in the center,and pressure differential in the burner,to increase effective gas content in the process gas were proposed.
