摘要
介绍新型铂网托架既催化剂筐及支撑结构组成的硝酸装置用氨氧化炉技术。该技术的优点:托架材料选用铸造高温合金,长期使用不会高温氧化,结构设计合理、抗弯曲、制造难度小;完全满足铂网安装和新增减排N2O催化剂装填需要,保证其达到设计使用寿命;使用寿命远高于国外专利商配套提供的产品且节省投资,无维修设计,减少系统停车检修时间,降低维修费用;减少氧化炉的散热损失。
The ammonia oxidation furnace in nitric acid plant composed of a new type platinum carrier(i.e.catalyst basket) and its supporting structure is introduced.The advantages include:the carrier material is of cast super alloy with no high-temperature oxidation for long term use,reasonable design,structure resistance to bending and less difficulty in fabrication;fully meeting the requirements for installation of platinum carrier and newly-added catalyst loading for N2O emission reduction to ensures the design service life being reached;considerable service life longer than the same supplied by overseas licensers but the investment saved,with no maintenance design,overhauling time reduced,and maintenance cost dropped;the radiation loss of the oxidation furnace decreased.
