摘要 为改善串联电池组充电时的不平衡,保证电池组中所有电池的电压都处在同一水平状态,提出了一种将充电功能模块、无损均衡装置、智能化均衡充电策略相结合的智能均衡充电机,可利用电感能量无损转移技术对动力电池进行智能充电,具有多通道大电流均衡能力,有效实现单体电池间的能量转移平衡,提高串联电池的一致性水平。实验结果表明,使用该智能均衡充电机可使磷酸铁锂电池组循环充放电次数大幅提高,大幅提高了成组动力电池的实际可用容量和循环寿命。 To improve the balance of series battery charging, and to ensure that the voltage of all battery cells is at the same level in the battery packs, this paper presented an intelligent equalizing charger with the inductive energy nondestructive technology to realize intelligent equalizing charging between the series-connected cells. This charger combines a charging function module, nondestructive equalizing devices, and intelligent equalizing charge strategy. It has the capacity of multi-channel current equalization, the effective energy transfer equilibrium between single ceils, and can improve the level of consistency of the tandem cell. Experimental results show that using the intelligent equalizing charger to charge the lithium iron phosphate group can make the charge-discharge cycles increased. It can substantially raise the actual usable capacity and cycle life performance of the power battery packs.
