嘉定供电公司在实施低压配网可靠性提升工程中,采用科学人力资源管理方法,合理设计施工人力资源安排,高效配置各业务环节人员,综合运用工作岗位轮换、工作丰富化等手段,有效优化人力资源配置,开展工程项目专项培训,有力地推动了项目进展。
This paper introduces the human resources management adopted by Jiading Electric Power Supply Company in the power supply reliability enhancement of the LV distribution network. The scientific human resource management methods, including the reasonable design of human resources for construction, the efficient allocation of personnel in all the business activities, the integrated use of job rotation, the job enrichment and other means, effectively optimize the human resources allocation. Together with specialized training programs, these methods effectively facilitate the projects.
