摘要
通过分析城市客车的运行工况,提出了适用于城市客车的发动机性能开发目标;通过增压器选型和台架开发,选择最佳增压器匹配方案,完成了开发目标。试验中还通过调整放气压力,改善了增压器与发动机的联合运行特性,使得外特性有更好的经济性。
The operating conditions and performance states of urban buses were analyzed in order to develop a suitable engine performance for urban buses. Full load and partial load experiments were carried out on test bench to select an optimal turbocharger and achieve engine development goal. Through adjustment of exhaust waste gate open pressure, the combined operation characteristic of diesel engine and turbocharzer was optimized and fuel economy was improved.
