摘要
与所有国企一样,发动机制造企业以往的统计都是在国家统计局要求下的企业指标、数字的编撰,属于计划经济下的统计范畴。而在当今的市场经济条件下,如何做好统计的变革,既符合国家统计的要求,更做好企业数据的整理、统计、比较,发现问题,谋划战略,调整策略,有效地指导企业的资产运作和生产经营,为企业的发展提供决策支持,是统计工作的重要课题。
Like all state owned enterprises, an engine enterprise conducted statistics in terms of enterprise＇s indices, data collection according to the requirement of the national statistics bureau, which belongs to tradational statistics work under the planned economy. It is an important taks for statistics work in an enterprise how to carry out statistics work change under current market economy so as not only to meet the requirements of the national statistics bureau but also to collect enterprise data, make its statistics, do comprison, find out problem, develop strategic plan, adjust business policy and effectively guide assests operation and procduction, which can provide desicion support for the development of the enterprise.
