浅谈航空发动机整体叶轮的加工方法

摘要 整体叶轮是航空发动机的核心部件之一,其结构复杂,叶片薄且扭曲大,叶片间隔小,特别是在高温、高压、高转速的条件下工作。通常采用钛合金、高温合金等高性能金属材料制造,这些材料极难切削,对此,浅述新型的加工工艺。 The integral impeller is the key part of the aero engine. With the increase of the engine capability, the integral impeller becomes more and more complex. The blade becomes thinner and more twisted and the tunnel is narrower. Especially in the high temperature, high pressure, high speed working condition, aero-engine rotor integral impeller was usually made of titanium alloy, high temperature alloy those metal materials was very difficult to cut. In this paper, the corresponding processing method of integral impeller was discussed.
