摘要
采用粉末冶金方法制备了SiC和石墨(Gr)颗粒混杂增强Cu基复合材料,应用弯曲试验研究了复合材料的的抗弯强度。结果表明:SiC/Cu复合材料的抗弯强度随着SiC含量的增大而增大;Gr/Cu复合材料的抗弯强度随着Gr含量的增大而减小;(10%SiC+10%Gr)/Cu复合材料的抗弯强度比10%Gr/Cu复合材料大,比10%SiC/Cu复合材料小。
The SiC and graphite(Gr) particles hybrid reinforced Cu matrix composite was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The bending strength of SiC/Cu composite was tested by bending test.The results show that the bending strength of SiC/Cu composite increases with the in- creasing of SiC content, the bending strength of Gr/Cu composite decreases with the increasing of graphite content, and bending strength of (10%SiC+10%Gr)/Cu composite is in between of 10%Gr/Cu and 10%SiC/Cu composites.
