摘要
介绍了不锈冷轧厂开卷机及卷曲机上一种扇形板外圆弧面的车削加工时,车削工装的设计。扇形板的外弧面的粗糙度及精度要求比较高,如果采用数控阶层铣的办法,则加工周期长,加工成本成倍提高。应用所设计的车削弧面的工装能很好地解决这些问题。
Introduces the stainless abrasion uncoiler and crimp machine, a sector plate external circular arc surface turning, turning tooling design. Sector plate of the outer arc surface roughness and the accuracy is higher, if adopt numerical control class milling method, the cost will increase a lot, and time consuming. This paper design turning cambered surface fixtures are solved these problems.
