摘要 介绍了循环流化床锅炉的发展概况,分析了现阶段循环流化床锅炉运行中突出的飞灰含碳量高的问题。由于锅炉的不完全燃烧,使锅炉的飞灰含碳量增加,进而使锅炉效率降低、成本增加;据此,深入研究了飞灰含碳量高的影响因素,并提出了相应的解决措施,可为锅炉高效运行提供参考。 Introduce the development situation about CFB boiler, and base on the CFB boiler operating situation at present, the question about carbon content in the fly ash is higher is being discussed. Because of incomplete combustion in boiler, it is added the carbon content in the fly ash, so as to reduce the boiler efficiency and increase the cost. Through research deeply on influence factors of carbon content in the fly ash, it is put forward the some problem-solving measures, and provide the evidence for the efficient operation in boiler.
