The product quality is originated from design, which determines the inherent quality of products. Process quality control of scientif- ic research project is the key point in product life cycle. This article describes particularly about the control points, methods and processes in the nine quality-control points during the scientific research primary activities in order to meet the object of product quality and customer demands.
