摘要
由于中国铝业山西分公司拜尔法种分槽电机所处环境高温高碱,出现了几次种分槽沉槽事故,给生产正常运行带来很大的困难,为消除故障隐患,对电机过热原因进行了分析,并采取了相应的防范措施,为安全稳定生产提供了保障。
Being the motor in seed precipitation tank in Shanxi Branch of China Aluminum Bayer surrounded by hyperthermia and concentrat- ed alkaline, the accident appeared and interrupted normal operation. In order to eliminate potential failure, some appropriate precautions were taken.
