Laying stress on practical teaching was the key of higher vocational educational characteristic. Aiming to practical-teaching of the electromechanical specialty. The article proposed that constructing the practice-teaching system which was independent of the theoreti- cal-teaching, reinforcing the practical-teaching management energetically and establishing and consummating the experimental-teaching were the core of raising the teaching quality.
