摘要
我国的很多高职院校开展了法律专业,并且随着我国法治方面的发展也取得了很大的进步,但是在法律专业实践教学方面做的还有些欠缺,还是借助于传统的教学方法和课程设置,没有注重到高职院校学生操作实践能力的培养,考虑不到社会方面的实际需求。这就需要加强学生的实践教学,因此从以下几个方面分析了高职院校法律专业实践教学方法。
