基于多目标规划的联合库存管理研究

传统供应链上,各个环节之间都是各自管理自己的库存,追求自身利益最大化,其直接后果是越到供应链上游需求越不稳定,导致了"牛鞭效应"(Bullwhip Effect)的产生,最终使得供应链的总体库存成本上升,影响供应链的整体优化,削弱了其竞争优势。为克服VMI系统的局限性和规避传统库存控制中的"牛鞭效应",联合库存管理(JMI)随之而出。以多目标规划理论为工具,以库存成本和运输成本为目标,并在服务水平约束的条件下建立多目标规划模型的联合库存管理模式。

All aspects of the traditional supply chain to manage its inventory , and pursuit of self-interest to maximize , so the direct conse- quence of the supply chain needs more unstable, leading to the ＂bullwhip effect＂, and ultimately make the overall supply chain inventory costs up, the whole supply chain optimization, weakening its competitive advantage. In order to overcome the limitations of VMI system and to avoid the traditional inventory control in the ＂bullwhip effect＂, jointly managed inventory （JMI） is out. Based on the multi goal programming theory as a tool, to inventory cost and transportation cost as the goal, and the service level constraint is established under the condition of multi objective programming model of inventory management model.
