摘要
研究了用于听力诊断设备综合计量校准的实验箱温控系统设计方法。首先对半导体制冷的物理特性和制冷工况进行了分析;进而提出了一种温控系统的设计方案,对温控系统的热负荷进行分析与计算,并给出一种基于半导体制冷器的制冷系统的设计方法;然后对使用的散热器和系统热负荷进行了校核;最后设计了一种基于固态调压模块的热电模块可调直流驱动电路。系统体积小,制冷效率高,既能制冷又能制热,制冷制热能力强,无电磁辐射和音频振动等干扰,具有较高的实用价值。
A temperature control system is designed for audiometer calibration device's integrated measurement and calibration experiment box.The thermoelectric module's physical properties and cooling conditions are analyzed at first.A design scheme is proposed for the temperature control system,to analyze and calculate the system's heat load and design a refrigeration system based on the thermoelectric module.The heat load is checked on the heat sink and system.At last an adjustable DC power supply is designed on base of the solid voltage regulator module.The system is small with a high cooling efficiency.It is very capable of cooling and heating and has no interference from electromagnetic radiation or audio vibration.This method is of high practical values.
