摘要 为了满足不同工业用户对二次仪表的需求,设计了一款模块化智能二次仪表。该仪表的特点是根据多功能智能仪表的不同功能,设计成主机模块和若干个独立的功能模块。用户根据自己需求在主机模块上安装一种或多种功能模块,组装成符合自己需求的仪表。主机模块主要包括CPU、存储器和人机交互单元;各独立功能模块主要有输入,输出模块和通讯模块。该仪表通过用户配置相关参数,可方便地实现特种测控功能,它还能与上位机组成现场监控系统,这类仪表在工业测控领域中有着广泛的应用。 In order to meet the demands of different industrial users for secondary instruments, a modular intelligent secondary instrument is designed. The characteristic of this instrument is that the host module and several independent function modules are de- signed as per the different functions of the multi-function instrument. According to its own requirements, the user installs the one or multiple kinds of modules on the host module to assemble the instrument which matching the needs of users own. The host modules mainly include the CPU, memory and human-computer interaction unit; and the independent function modules mainly include the in- put/output modules and communication modules. The instrument can expediently realize the particular measurement and control func- tions by means of configuring relevant parameters by the user and it also can constitute the on-site monitoring system with the host computer. Such kind of instrument is widely used in the field of industrial measurement and control.
