This paper deals with the application of Ether [,ink data communication on Deha＇s AH500 series medium-sized PLC. The author mainly introduces that how to set up the communicating links on the PLC of AH500 （CPU530-EN）with the detailed de- scriptions of its procedures for configuring, compiling and parameter setting. It provides a convenient, efficient, stable communication mode for users to solve the pre-existing problems of slow transmission speed, susceptible to interference, complex wiring in original communication mode.
