旋挖钻机钢丝绳寿命极限报警仪设计

摘要 目前,由于缺乏科学的数据参考,油田钻井操作人员通常只能依靠目测来更换旋挖钻机的钢丝绳。利用混合信号微控制器C8051F410丰富的片上资源,辅以简单的外围电路,设计了旋挖钻机钢丝绳寿命极限报警仪。该报警仪具有掉电保护、数据采集、实时时钟、参数设置及查询等功能,实现了对钢丝绳张力及行程信号的采集和功的累加计算,当达到用户设定的寿命极限值时,能够进行声光报警,从而提醒操作人员及时检查钢丝绳的状态,决定是否更换新绳。用户还能查询当前累加值,并将其作为下次设定极限值的依据。 At present, the oil drilling operating personnel usually can only rely on eyeballing to replace the wire rope of rotary drilling rig due to lack of scientific data references. In this paper, a wire rope life time alarming device for the rotary rig is designed by utilizing the abundant on-chip resources of the mixed signal microcontroller C8051F410 which is supplemented with the simple peripheral circuits. The alarming device is of the functions of power failure protection, data acquisition, real-time clock, parameters setting and querying, etc and the signals acquisition of the wire rope's tensile force and distance of travel as well as the accumulated calculation of the work are realized. When its life time is reached to the limit value set by the user, a sound-light alarm is able to be executed, thus the operating personnel will be warned to check the status of the wire rope timely, so makes the decision of whether re- placing the wire rope or not. Meanwhile the user also can inquire on the current accumulated value and takes it as the basis of setting next limit value as well.
