摘要
XeF(C-A)蓝绿激光的增益系数较低,仅为0.003cm-1,要获得高能量窄线宽激光输出有一定难度。利用色散元件棱镜开展了高单脉冲能量窄线宽激光输出实验研究,结果表明:采用凹面输出镜的情况下,激光线宽可以压缩到约2.5nm,激光输出能量最大为3.47J;采用平面输出镜,激光线宽压缩到约0.7nm,激光输出能量最大为2.93J,激光光谱调谐范围最大可达到60nm,在460~520nm之间。
As the gain coefficient of XeF(C-A) blue-green lasers is low, it is difficult to obtain a laser pulse with both high energy and narrow spectrum. In this paper, a dispersive prism is used in the resonator to eompress the laser spectrum and to get high laser pulse energy. The experimental results show that, using a concave output mirror. the laser spectrum ean be com- pressed to about 2.5 nm and the maximal laser energy is 3.47 J, As a comparison, using a plane output mirror, the laser spec- trum can he compressed to abom 0.7 nm with the laser pulse energy of 2.93 J. In the expriment, the laser spectrum can be tuna ble between 460 nm and 520 nm and the tunable width is about 60 nm.
