摘要
针对部队装备维修保障人员的训练效果进行定量分析和等级划分,建立一种基于区间数与可拓理论的装备维修保障人员训练效果评估体系。结合装备维修保障人员训练实际特点和要求,利用可拓理论构建物元评估模型,从知识水平、岗位能力、装备效能情况、人员素质和工作表现等方面出发,采用区间数为属性取值,对其主要指标数据进行量化处理,利用层次分析法确定物元各指标的权重系数,建立物元关联函数,并利用优度评价法和各子指标等级统计情况对装备维修人员训练效果进行评估。分析二级效果表明,该体系准确客观,可为训练效果的评估提供参考。
Aiming at the quantify analysis and train the serviceman training effect evaluation system was grade judgment of equipment maintenance support serviceman, established based on interval number and extension theory. Combine serviceman training actual characteristics and requirements, use extension theory to establish matter element evaluation model. Based on knowledge level, operation ability, equipment efficiency conditions, personnel quality and working performance, taking interval number as attribute evaluation, the main indicator data was quantified. The matter element weight indexes were confirmed through AHP method. The matter element correlative function was established. The serviceman training effect is evaluated by using the superior degree evaluation method and index rating statistics situation. The analysis result shows that the system is accurate and comprehensive, it can provide reference to training effect evaluation.
