摘要
为了探究实际工程中商品混凝土楼板出现裂缝的原因,以商品混凝土中缓凝剂掺量与养护方法为因素,采用现场对比模拟试验.试验结果表明,当缓凝剂掺量超标及养护方法不当时,都会导致楼板产生塑性收缩裂缝,并且在开裂荷载的作用下,还会加速裂缝的发展.并由此总结了预防商品混凝土结构收缩变形的措施.
In order to study the reasons for cracks of commercial concrete floor in actual engineering, in-situ contrast simulation test is adopted, mainly takes retarder content and curing methods in commodity concrete as an example. Then it analyzes the results of the simulation test. It indicates that when the retarder dosage is overweight and the curing method is not proper, the floor will be caused to occur plastic shrinkage crack, and under the cracking loads, the cracks will be accelerated. Finally it summarizes measures to prevent the shrinkage deformation of the commercial concrete structure.
