柚皮素-铜(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与表征

Synthesis and characterization of naringenin-copper(Ⅱ) complex

以柚皮素为配体与铜金属离子在乙醇溶液中配位,成功合成了柚皮素-铜配合物.利用傅里叶红外光谱仪(KBr压片)对柚皮素及其配合物进行了表征,探讨并优化了柚皮素与铜反应的最佳条件:物质的量之比为1∶1,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为4h,pH值为7.5.

Using naringenin and copper as raw material, naringenin- copper （Ⅱ） complex was synthesized in ethanol so- lution. The naringenin and naringenin- copper （Ⅱ） complex were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectromer （KBr pellet）. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained at the conditions of molar ratio of 1 ： 1, the temperature of 50 ℃, the reaction time of 4 h, pH value of 7.5.
