龙葵水提物对2种常见致病菌的抑制作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用平板菌落计数法筛选菌体密度为104 cfu/mL的菌液并涂布平板,将用龙葵提取液浸泡过的药敏纸片分别贴到含大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌的平板上,培养后测抑菌圈直径并对其进行差异显著性检验.结果表明:龙葵水提物对2种致病菌均有抑制作用,当质量浓度分别大于或等于250mg/mL和125mg/mL时,大肠杆菌和金黄葡萄球菌对龙葵水提物表现敏感.同一质量浓度下,龙葵水提物对金黄葡萄球菌的抑制效果更好,不同质量浓度龙葵水提物产生的抑菌圈直径之间差异显著. Bacteria liquid with 104 cfu/mL was selected by flat calculating colony and smeared on the normal bacteria cul- ture medium, drug sensitive scraps of filter paper which were soaked in the nightshade extracting solution were prepared and attached to the surface of bacteria culture medium, the inhibitory effect of extracts from nightshade to E. coli and Staphylo- coccus aureus was researched by measuring size of inhibition zone. The results showed that nightshade aqueous extract had inhibitory action in vitro to E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus represented sensibility to nightshade aqueous extract when the mass concentration was equal or greater than 250 mg/mL and 125 mg/mL seperately, the inhibitory effect to E. coli was better than that to Staphylococcus aureus at the same mass concentration. Diameter of in- hibition zone had notable difference among different mass concentration of nightshade aqueous extract.
