摘要
Logistic曲线多用于描述动植物的生长发育过程。在Logistic曲线的拟合中,研究者多用SPSS等专业软件进行曲线的拟合,但这些软件需要一定的相关编程知识,Excel是微软公司的办公软件Microsoft office的组件之一,具有快速、易得、直观、简单等优点。然而在实际应用中其实际功能还没有被农业科研工作者所利用。本文以棉花新陆中23号纤维生长发育过程中长度的变化为例,用Microsoft Excel建立了Logistic生长曲线模型,并计算了表征纤维发育的特征值。结果表明用Excel建立Logistic生长曲线和计算特征值简捷、方便,不需要复杂的编程程序即可解决科研实践中的实际问题,有较大的实用性并易于被科研人员掌握。
The logistic curve is widely used to describe the process of growth and development of plants and animals. Professional softwares such SPSS are usually used in logistic curve fitting, which requires some relevant programming knowledge. As one of the components of the Microsoft office software, Excel has advantages of rapidity, popularity, intuition and simplicity. However, its actual functions are now not used by agricultural researchers in practical application. In this paper, based on the changes in fiber length of cuhivar Xinluzhong 23, the logistic growth curve and its characteristic values were established by Microsoft Excel. The results showed that the Excel method for logistic curve fitting and characteristic value calculation was simple, convenient and independent of complex programming procedures in solving physical problems, whose practicality was easy to grasp for researchers.
