摘要
根据洪泽湖与骆马湖存在丰枯遭遇不同步的情况,且两湖联通河道输水能力满足水资源联合调度的需求,建立了LP-DDR(线性规划-动态决策修正)数学模型,对洪泽湖-骆马湖进行了规划水平年联合优化调度研究。结果表明,两湖联合调度可以实现淮沂水系水资源的合理利用,对缓解两湖水资源供需矛盾,提高其抗旱减灾能力具有重要意义。
Due to that the wetness-dryness encountering situations in the Hongze and Luoma lakes are not synchronous, and the delivery capacity for the joint channel of two lakes meets the demand of joint regulation of water resources, a LP-DDR (linear programmingdynamic decision revision) mathematical model was developed to study the joint optimal regulation of water re- sources in the two lakes on the planning level years. The results showed that the joint regulation of the two lakes can realize the reasonable utilization of water resources in the Huaiyi water system,which has important significance on alleviating the imbal- ance between supply and demand of water resources and improving the ability to cope with drought disaster in the two lakes.
