摘要
利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对某车型桥壳进行静强度分析,并根据此应力结果运用疲劳分析软件MSC.Fa-tigue对桥壳进行全寿命分析,得到桥壳疲劳寿命分布和危险的寿命值。与桥壳疲劳台架试验结果对比,CAE预测结果与台架试验结果一致。因此,应用CAE疲劳分析可以在产品的初始阶段就能够发现潜在的结构耐久性隐患,并优化设计。
The axle housing is a main load component, and which, fatigue failure mainly occurred under cyclic alternating loads, simulation to static strength analysis for a certain axle housing via finite element analysis (FEA) software ABAQUS. Based on the result of stress analysis, Full lifespan distribution of axle housing obtains by fatigue analysis software MSC.Fatigue. The results of CAE prediction are consistent with that of rig test. So that, Applying CAE fatigue analysis can detect the potential structure durability hazards and optimize design in initial stage of product development.
