摘要
为避免设计缺陷,提高产品可靠性,对某构架式转向架进行了疲劳强度分析与评估,载荷条件和疲劳强度评估方法依据UIC 510-3标准中有关内容确定。采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS 12.1建立构架的有限元模型,并按标准要求施加载荷和约束。计算结果表明,构架上各部位的动应力均未超出相应Q345qE钢母材/或接头Goodman疲劳极限图的界定范围,该构架疲劳强度满足设计要求。
In order to avoid design defects and improve the reliability of products, in this paper, the fatigue strength of a 2D-axle welded-frame bogie was analyzed and assessed under the standard of UIC 510-3. The FEA model of the welded-frame bogie was built using the commercial package ANSYS 12.1, load cases were applied on the model according to the standard of UIC, and the method was used to assess the fatigue strength of the bogie. The calculation results show that the stress range of high stress zoos of the welded-frame bogie is inside the Goodman the fatigue curve of the Q345qE steel, so the fatigue strength of the welded-frame bogie meets the requirement of the design.
