高速动车组生产计划三层管控体系研究

摘要 针对CRH3高速动车组结构复杂、生产周期长的特点,基于唐山轨道客车有限责任公司所搭建的CRH3高速动车组集成制造管理平台,研究了基于项目管理、ERP和MES的三级生产计划管理体系的关键技术及具体解决途径,并通过在企业生产中的成功应用,验证该技术方案的合理性和有效性。 Due to the structural complexity and long production cycle of CRH3 high-speed Electric Multiple Unit. Based on the CRH3 high-speed Electric Multiple Unit integrated manufacturing management platform build by Tangshan Railway Vehicles limited liability company, the key technologies and specific solutions of three level production plan management including the project management, the ERP and MES was studied. By successful application in tile production, the effectiveness and rationality of the technical scheme was verify.
