摘要
以龙门五面加工中心的五轴头和卧式加工中心的数控回转工作台为例,介绍了两种分度蜗杆副侧隙补偿措施:分离型蜗杆副消隙和双导程蜗杆副消隙。它们在机床中的成功应用证明,这两种结构为机床精度的提高提供了切实有效的方法。
With the Five surface mac center's five shaft head and the horizontal machining center's nc rotary table as an example,this paper presents two dividing worm pair of backlash compensation measures: Separation type worm pair of Eliminating backlash and double lead worm pair of Eliminating backlash. The successful application in the machine tool have proved,They provides the effectual and effective methods to improve the precision of machine tool.
