构建精益生产体系构架,明确精益生产目标、方针、工具。阐述精益实施四部曲,为企业精益生产的全面推进提供指导。建立精益方案层次结构模型,结合层次分析法构建精益项目方案优越度评估模型,为实现精益项目备选方案的优选提供一种定性与定量相结合的系统分析方法。
A lean production frame was built firstly to make clear the objectives, principles, and tools of lean production. Then four aspects of lean production implementation were introduced to promote the lean production of enterprises. Finally, a lean production Program hierarchy model was established. With the hierarchy analysis method, a program superiority degree evaluation model was established in order to provide the lean production optional programs a qualitative and quantitative combination system analysis method.
