摘要
文中基于空压机振动故障,分析了振动故障的频谱分析、轴心轨迹分析以及分析了叶轮不平衡原因,在处理措施中提出了优化空气过滤器、管道和冷却器的防腐操作等方向。
This paper based on the air compressor vibration fault, this paper analyzes the vibration fault of spectrum analysis, the orbit of analysis and analysis of the impeller unbalanced reason, in the treatment of the measures in the optimization of air filter, pipeline and cooler anti-corrosion operation and direction.
