结果:冠心病组总胆红素、间接胆红素均低于非冠心病组,分别为(14.94±4.12)umol/L vs(19.78±9.49)umol/L,P=0.003;(10.36±4.73)umol/L vs(14.69±6.57)umol/L,P=0.017,而C-反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸水平均高于非冠心病组,分别为(9.79±2.46)umol/L vs(2.48±1.32)umol/L,P=0.012;(19.58±5.32)umol/L vs(5.26±2.01)umol/L,P=0.002;(364.3±110.2)umol/L vs(225.6±61.3)umol/L,P=0.009。
Objective To study C-reactive protein, homocysteine??,uric acid and bilirubin content in patients with coronary heart disease, and understand their clinical significance and prognosis of the disease. Methods Collected 200 cases of coronary syndrome and 50 patients with normal serum samples according to the detection of C-reactive protein, homocysteine, uric acid and bilirubin levels,Comparison analysis. Results The CHD group total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin were lower than the non-CAD group was(14.94±4.12) umol/L vs(19.78±9.49)umol/L,P=0.003;(10.36±4.73) umol/L vs(14.69±6.57)umol/L,P=0.017,and C-reactive protein, homocysteine, hematuria acidic water on average than non-CAD group,was(9.79±2.46) umol/L vs(2.48±1.32)umol/L,P=0.012;(19.58±5.32) umol/L vs(5.26±2.01)umol/L,P=0.002;(364.3±110.2) umol/L vs(225.6±61.3)umol/L,P=0.009.Myocardial infarction,C-reactive protein, homocysteine and uric acid were higher than the non-MI group,P0.05,High levels of C-reactive protein and homocysteine, high blood uric acid and low bilirubin significant correlation. Conclusions We conclude that C-reactive protein, uric acid, homocysteine, and total bilirubin levels may reflect the indicator of the severity of coronary heart disease, plays an important role in the development of coronary heart disease.
