降毒灵合剂保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation of Manjiang duling mixture therapeutic kidney failure in retention enema

目的:观察降毒灵合剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效。方法:对慢性肾功能衰竭患者,以中药降毒灵合剂每日1剂,早晚各1次保留灌肠,1个月为1疗程。结果:2疗程后,显效24例,30.77%;有效48例61.54%;无效6例,7.69%。结论:降毒灵合剂治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果良好。

Objective： To observe the spirit of drop poison mixture treatment of chronic renal failure clinical efficacy.Method：Chronic renal failure patients,drop poison the spirit of Chinese medicines agent one day,sooner or later each time retention enema,a month for a course.Results： 24 cases markedly after the second course of treatment,30.77%,61.54% effective 48 cases,6 cases,7.69%.Conclusion： The Spirit of the lowering drug mixture in treating chronic renal failure effect.
