摘要
本文以毛竹 (Phyllostachyspubescens)为材料 ,采用免疫细胞化学标记方法对两种细胞壁半纤维素多糖成分 ,即木聚糖 (Xylan)和 (1_3) (1_4)_β_葡聚糖 [(1_3) (1_4)_β_glucan]在毛竹茎中的分布进行了观察。结果表明 ,应用免疫细胞化学方法可以准确、有效地观察这两种半纤维素多糖成分在细胞壁中的分布 ;木聚糖分布在已木质化的组织细胞的细胞壁中 ,与细胞壁木质化有密切关系 ;(1_3) (1_4)_β_葡聚糖在幼竹茎基本组织中分布于短薄壁细胞细胞壁中及长薄壁细胞胞间层 ,而在老龄竹茎基本组织中 ,仅分布于短薄壁细胞细胞壁中 ,而长薄壁细胞细胞壁却无此成分 ,反映出长。
Immunocytochemical technique was used to localize two hemicellulose components, xylans and (1_3)(1_4)_β_glucans, in plant cell wall of bamboo stem (Phyllostachys pubescens Mazel.). It was shown that the immunocytochemical method could effectively reveal the distribution of hemicelluloses in plant cell walls. The results indicated that xylans were distributed in cell walls of lignified tissues, such as fiber and sclerenchyma, their distribution was related with the process of lignification. (1_3)(1_4)_β_glucans were localized in short parenchyma walls and middle lamellae of long parenchyma cells in young bamboo ground tissue, while they were only distributed in short parenchyma walls in old bamboo stem, reflecting the difference of wall composition between long and short parenchyma cells in bamboo ground tissue.
