摘要
以某型内能源转管机枪为本文研究对象,基于ADAMS软件平台建立了该型机枪的虚拟样机模型。利用气体动力学理论对气室压力进行了数值求解,确定武器在使用过程中气室压力变化规律。通过对所建立的虚拟样机进行仿真分析,得出导气装置的主要结构参数与射频的关系,为机枪的后期参数优化设计提供理论依据。
The self energy Gatling gun is as the research object in this article,and the virtual prototype of the automation is built on the platform of ADAMS.The air chamber pressure was obtained by numerical solution on the base of gas dynamics theory,and the changing rule of pressure is ensured while the weapons are firing.Because the dimension of the firing frequency is decided by the air chamber pressure,The relation between the major structural parameters of gas device and the fire frequency is obtained through simulation analysis,and which has provided a theoretic basis for further parameters optimization design of Gatling gun.
