摘要
当前的开关电源设计过程中,存在着电源断电切换时间长、反应不及时、能源消耗大的缺陷。为了解决这一问题,提出一种高效节能低压开关电源的设计方法,设计功率控制开关电路,能把功率开关管导通时由漏极分布电容CD产生的开关损耗降至最低,采用频率波动控制技术,把开关频率调制在很窄频段内,以降低与基本开关频率的各次谐波相关的电磁干扰的幅度,配合周期调节技术,通过跳过周期的工作方式来进一步降低最大输出占空比,从而降低空载或待机状态下的功耗。实验表明,此方案下的开关电源可以持续供电,有效降低开关电源的不必要能耗,为新一代开关电源的设计提供思路。
The current switching power supply design in the process,exists the power supply switch time long,reaction not timely,energy consumption big defect.The future to solve this problem,the paper proposes a kind of high efficiency and energy saving low voltage switch power supply design methods,design control power switch circuit,can the power switch tube conducting by drain distributed capacitance CD produce switch loss dropped to the lowest,the frequency fluctuation control technology,the switch frequency modulation in a narrow frequency range,in order to reduce and basic switch frequency of every harmonic related electromagnetic interference of the amplitude,cooperate with cycle control technology,through the skip cycle working way to further reduce the maximum output dutyfactor,so as to reduce the light or standby state power. Experiments show that this scheme of switch power supply can continue to power supply,effectively reduce the switching power supply unnecessary energy consumption,for a new generation of switch power supply is designed to provide ideas.
