论心育文化视域下勤工助学的育人功能——以浙江省高职院校为例

The Educational Function of Work-study Education From the Perspective of Psychological Education Culture——Taking the Higher Vocational Colleges in Zhejiang Province for Instance

以浙江省高职院校为例,结合各高职院校勤工助学的实际情况,分析了心育文化视域下高职院校勤工助学育人功能的表现及成效,凸显了高职院校关注学生心灵成长,重视勤工助学育人功能的发挥,对提升学生综合素质、阳光成长起到重要作用。

Taking the higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang Province as an example,combining with the actual situation of the higher vocational college work-study,the article has analyzed the performance and effectiveness of psychological education of work-study in Higher Vocational Colleges from the perspective of psychological education culture,highlighted the vocational college paying attention to Students＇ spiritual growth and the work-study education function,which will play a good part in improving the comprehensive quality and sunshine growth of students.
