摘要
采用汞灯与钠灯作为定标光源,以WGD-300型光栅单色仪为对象,讨论了单色仪的定标过程,得出了最佳调整参数;使用MATLAB设计程序对实验数据进行了处理,采用偏最小二乘法拟合得到了定标曲线和曲线解析式,改进了传统实验数据处理方法。
The process of monochromator scaling was discussed using WGD - 300 type grating monochromator for object with mercury lamp and sodium lamp, then the best adjustment parameters was concluded. Test data were processed using partial - least - squares method of MATLAB software to get calibration curve and curve expression, improving the processing method of traditional experiment data.
