青岛市高尿酸血症人群与一般人群血糖、血脂检测结果分析

Analysis on Blood Glucose,and Blood Lipid Test Results between Hyperuricemia People and the General Population,Qingdao City

[目的]了解青岛市35岁以上高尿酸血症人群与一般人群血糖、血脂指标的差异。[方法]2009～2011年,在青岛市抽取部分城乡35岁以上居民进行体格检查和血糖、血脂等相关指标检测。[结果]检测高尿酸血症748例,一般人群5 165人。高尿酸血症组的PBG、TC、TG、UREA、CREA值均高于一般人群,HDL-C低于一般人群(P<0.01);2组GLU值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);BMI、SBP、DBP、WC、HIP高尿酸血症组均高于一般人群(P<0.01)。[结论]高尿酸血症患者血脂、血尿素、肌酐值与体重、血压高于一般人群。

[Objective]To understand the blood glucose and lipid test results between hyperuricemia people and the general people over 35 year. [Methods]Residents aged over 35 years from Qingdao rural and urban areas were randomly selected and the blood glucose and lipid and some other items were examined. [Results]A total of 748 hyperuricemia people and 5 165 general people were checked. Biochemical index such as PBG,TC,TG,CREA,UREC were higher and the HDL- C was lower in the hyperuricemia group than the general people group（ P〈0.05） ,but there was no difference in GLU between the two groups. Physical index such as BMI, SBP,DBP,WC, HIP were also higher in the hyperuricemia group（ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]Blood lipid,blood urea, creatinine and weight, blood pressure are higher in the hyperuricemia people than the general people.
