吞咽障碍对喉癌术后病人营养风险的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]调查喉癌术后病人吞咽功能和营养风险,分析吞咽障碍对病人营养风险的影响。[方法]应用营养风险筛查2002(NRS2002)和吞咽障碍7级评价法评估78例喉癌术后病人吞咽功能和营养风险,并比较不同营养风险病人的吞咽功能,分析二者相关性。[结果]70.5%喉癌术后病人存在营养风险,60.3%病人伴有不同程度吞咽障碍,不同营养风险组的吞咽障碍等级差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),吞咽障碍分级和营养风险得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.550,P<0.01)。[结论]喉癌术后病人营养风险发生率高,吞咽障碍和营养风险密切相关,吞咽障碍越严重,营养风险发生率越高。 objective;To investigate the swallowing function and nutritional risk of patients after undergoing laryngocarcinoma operation and analyze the influence of dysphagia on nutritional risk of patients. Methods. The nu- trition risk screening of 2002 (NRS2002) and swallowing disorders 7 levels evaluation method were used to assess the swallowing function and nutri- tional risk of 78 cases of patients after undergoing laryngocarcinoma opera- tion, and to compare swallowing function among patients with different nu- tritional risks and analyze correlation between them. Results:There was nutritional risk in 70. 5~ of patients after undergoing laryngocarcinoma operation, 60.3% of patients with varying degrees of dysphagia, dysphagia level difference was statistically significant among different nutritional risk groups (P〈0.01),dysphagia grading and nutritional risk score showed a significant negative correlation ( r=- 0. 550, P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : inci- dence of nutritional risk in patients after undergoing laryngocarcinoma op- eration is higher,dysphagia is closely related to nutritional risk, the more serious swallowing disorders is,the higher the incidence of nutritional riskis.
