Four new species are described and figured. Arctopsyche mesogona Mey,1997 and Arctopsyche palpata Martynov, 1934 are reported first time for Chinese fauna. All type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of Nanjing Agricultural University.1 Arctopsyche bicruris Gui et Yang, sp. nov. (Figs. 1 3) Body yellow brown, forewing length: male 13 14?mm. This new species is a member of Arctopsyche ladogensis group, especially close to Arctopsyche trispinosa Schmid 1968 from Sichuan, but it could be easily distinguished from the latter by: 1) dorsal plate of X triangular, highly sclerotized, rather than entirely membranous as in the latter; 2) ventral branch of intermediate appendage with lower process deeply forked. Holotype male, Meici River, Futian Village, Niujie Town, Eryuan County(26 0°N,99.9°E), Yunnan Province, May 24, 1996, 2?262?m elev., collected by Morse and ZHOU Chang Fa. Paratypes 1 male, same data as holotype; 1 male, same date and locality as holotype, 2?362?m elev., collected by WANG Bei Xin and GUI Fu Rong. Etymology. Latin, “biforked”, referring to the lower process of ventral branch of intermediate appendage deeply forked.2 Arctopsyche shimianensis Gui et Yang, sp. nov. (Figs. 4 7) Body yellow brown, forewing length: male 15 16?mm. This new species is also a member of Arctopsyche ladogensis group, especially close to the following new species Arctopsyche spinescens from Shaanxi, but it could be easily distinguished from the latter by:1) distal segment of inferior appendage three times as high as its length in caudal view; 2) trough like process of phallobase without dorsal tooth; 3) dorsal projection of phallus samll rather than large triangular as in the latter. Holotype male, 13?km south of Shimian County(29 2°N,102 4°E),Sichuan Province, June 16,1996, 1?040?m elev.,collected by YANG Lian Fang, WANG Bei Xin and DU Yu Zhou.Paratypes: 5 ♂♂, same data as holotype. Etymology. Named for the county of the type locality. 3 Arctopsyche spinescens Gui et Yang, sp. nov. (Figs. 8 11) Body yellow brown, forewing length: male 12 13?mm. This new species is a member of Arctopsyche ladogensis group, especially close to the previous new species Arctopsyche shimianensis from Sichuan, but mainly differs from the latter in: 1) distal segment of inferior appendage less than two times as high as its length in caudal view; 2) trough like process of phallobase with irregular dorsal teeth; 3) dorsal projection of phallus large triangular. Holotype male, Tiantai Mountain Forest Park, Feng County(33 9°N,106 5°E), Shaanxi Province,June 10,1998,1?900?m elev.,collected by SUN Chang Hai and DU Yu Zhou.Paratypes: 3 ♂♂, same data as holotype; 3 ♂♂, headstream of Jialing River, Tiantai Mountain, Qinling, Shaanxi Province, June 9,1998, collected by SUN Chang Hai; 4 ♂♂, Huoditang Town, Ningshan County, Shaanxi Province, June 5, 1998, 2?200?m elev., collected by DU Yu Zhou. Etymology. Latin, “spinous', referring to the trough like process of phallobase with thorn like projection.4 Parapsyche excisa Gui et Yang, sp. nov. (Figs. 12 14) Body brown, forewing length: male 13 0 13.5?mm. This species is close to Parapsyche mahati Schmid 1968 from India, but it could be easily distinguished from the latter by: 1) intermediate appendage with two highly sclerotized teeth on each lower margin; 2)distal segment of inferior appendage with its apex deeply excised. Holotype male, Yinqiao, 9 km north of Dali City(25 6°N,100 1°E),Yunnan Province, May 21, 1996, 2?040?m elev., collected by Morse, YANG Lian Fang and WANG Bei Xin. Etymology. Latin, “ excised ', referring to the shape of the distal segment of inferior appendage.
