小儿神经管发育缺陷是一组疾病，是导致患儿神经源性膀胱的主要病因，严重影响患儿的生理、心理状态及生活质量。该文就神经管的发育，生理、病理及其所致神经源性膀胱的诊断、治疗的新进展作一综述。

The spinal neural tube defects are a group of diseases, which can be the major cause of neugenic bladder, and have a severe impact on children＇s physiological function, psychology state and quality of life. This paper reviews the formation ,physiology and pathology of spinal neural tube and new progress in diagnosis and treatment of neurogenic bladder.
