我国的校车体系尚不完善，近年来发生了多起校车安全事故，更使我国校车体系的推广放慢了脚步，而校车又是方便学生上下学、缓解交通压力的重要工具，是教育系统向前进步必不可少的条件。校车的推广，运营管理以及安全关系到学生的生命安全和身心健康。

Nowadays the system of school bus in our coun-try has not been well-established. With many traffic accidents on school bus occurring recently, the promotion progress of the sys-tem is slowed down. School bus plays an important role in pro-viding convenience for students , alleviating the traffic pressure and pushing forward the development of education. Thus, the promotion, operations management and safety problem of school bus are closely bound up with students’life and health.
