The Positive Role of Practical Teaching in the Scenic Spots in Cultivating the Professional Psychological Quality of Tourism College Students

随着我国旅游业的迅速发展,旅游行业对从业人员的素质要求越来越高。高职院校旅游专业的学生作为旅游业的一支强有力的后备军,学生综合素质的高低直接影响着我国旅游业的兴衰。作者在3个月课堂进景区实践教学的基础上,总结分析了课堂进景区对高职旅游专业学生职业心理素质培养过程中的积极作用。

The rapid development of China＇s tourism industry has increasingly required higher and higher qualities about the practitioners.As a strong reserve army of tourism industry, vocational college students majored in tourism have to improve their overall quality, which will directly affect the development of China＇s tourism industry. On the basis of the author＇s practical teaching in the scenic spot, this article analyzes the positive role of practical teaching in scenic spots in cultivating the professional psychological quality of tourism students.
