下肢动脉疾病抗栓治疗研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病（下肢动脉疾病）系指下肢动脉由于粥样硬化病变引起管腔进行性狭窄或闭塞所致的缺血性症候群,主要临床表现为间歇性跛行、急性肢体缺血,其首要致死原因为心肌梗死（MI）和脑卒中[1]。因此,对下肢动脉疾病患者应当进行积极的抗栓治疗,以预防血管事件和降低病死率[2]。
