未成年人权利保护政策的新发展与未来取向——《国家人权行动计划》中儿童权利部分的文本解析被引量：2

摘要本文通过对《国家人权行动计划(2009-2010年)》与《国家人权行动计划(2012-2015年)》中"儿童权利"部分进行文本内容的解读和分析发现,在短短的几年间,未成年人权利的观念、政策取向、权利内容等方面都发生了一定的改变,在未成年人权利保护政策对象的包容性、国家与家庭责任的分配、未成年人福利的发展等方面有了新的发展。
