摘要
目的分析公立医院文化建设与员工满意度的相关性,探讨基于员工满意度的公立医院文化建设策略。方法选取河北省唐山市3家公立医院的员工进行问卷调查,采用相关性分析法分析医院文化建设与医院员工满意度的相关性,采用多元线性回归分析出公立医院文化各个方面对员工满意度的影响程度。结果公立医院文化建设的各个方面与医院员工满意度均存在不同程度的正相关。其中医院职工素质优化、规章制度建设、医院精神建设与员工满意度相关性较大。结论通过改善公立医院文化建设,特别是提高职工素质优化、制度文化以及医院精神三方面的建设能够提高员工的满意度和医院的文化建设水平。
Objective To study the advanced strategy of public hospital culture based on job satisfaction through the investigation of public hospital culture and job satisfaction in three public hospital of Tangshan. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among medical workers, nurses, hospital managers, medical technicians and son on in 3 public hospitals in Tangshan . The relation was assessed between the hospital culture and job satisfaction by correlation analysis and the influence of the hospital culture to the job satisfaction was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results There was a positive correlation of hos- pital culture with job satisfaction. The correlation coefficients of hospital spirit, staff quality and hospital by- law were bigger than others. Conclusions The study indicates that improving the hospital culture will ele- vate the level of job satisfaction. Hospital spirit, staff quality, hospital bylaw and training are more impor- tant than the others.
