对校长培训激励的再认识

摘要 中小学校长培训院校在呼唤校长培训外部激励的同时 ,应随着形势的发展 ,针对外部激励的不足 ,将激励校长参加、参与培训的着力点转移到强化培训内在因素的激励作用上来。做到按需施教 ,方式灵活多样 ,努力提高培训质量 。 While calling for external incentive,the principals straining institute should go with the tide,and therefore shift emphasis onto stimulating the inner factors of training in order to make up the inadequacy of external incentive. The principals training institute should also foster the principals according to their need with verious flexible methods,improve the quality of training and enhance the attraction of the training itself.
