摘要
中小学校长培训院校在呼唤校长培训外部激励的同时 ,应随着形势的发展 ,针对外部激励的不足 ,将激励校长参加、参与培训的着力点转移到强化培训内在因素的激励作用上来。做到按需施教 ,方式灵活多样 ,努力提高培训质量 。
While calling for external incentive,the principals straining institute should go with the tide,and therefore shift emphasis onto stimulating the inner factors of training in order to make up the inadequacy of external incentive. The principals training institute should also foster the principals according to their need with verious flexible methods,improve the quality of training and enhance the attraction of the training itself.
