摘要
文章从中小学校长培训的目标、主客体关系、内容的表现形式、教学方法与手段、组织形式五个方面进行了探讨 ,以期构建并验证适应现代校长培训要求的具有前瞻性、时代性和实效性的模式 ,为培训部门提供可供选择。
This essay covers the following five aspects: the purpose of training headmasters of modern middle and elementary schools, the relationship between subject and object, the expressive forms of contents, the teaching motheds and forms of organization in order to construct successfully a mold suitable for training modern headmasters with prospective ability, up to date and effective ideas. Thus it provides training sections with a workable and operative mold.
